Upon receiving the booking confirmation and security certificate, either the full travel price must be paid immediately, or a 35% deposit is due right away. The remaining 65% is payable no later than 30 days before departure (21. September 2026).

This trip is organised by Hyrox Experience GmbH, Bahrenfelder Str. 322, 22765 Hamburg, Managing Directors: Christian Toetzke and Moritz Fürste, email: experiences@hyrox.com, www.hyroxexperiences.com ("Hyrox Experience"). The payment terms for the trip, the down payment and the balance payment are set out in this travel confirmation. The minimum number of participants required for the trip to take place can be found in the trip description. Any cancellation by Hyrox Experience due to the minimum number of participants not being reached must be received by the traveller at least 30 days before the contractually agreed start of the trip. The traveller may withdraw from the contract at any time prior to the start of the trip upon payment of reasonable compensation or, if applicable, lump-sum compensation demanded by the tour operator (see our Terms and Conditions). The traveller should take out travel cancellation insurance or insurance to cover the costs of assistance, including repatriation in the event of accident, illness or death, which Hyrox Experience does not arrange. This travel confirmation contains all special requirements of the traveller that have been agreed to by the tour operator. Hyrox Experience is responsible for the proper provision of all travel services included in the contract. Hyrox Experience is obliged to provide assistance in accordance with § 651q BGB (German Civil Code) if the traveller finds themselves in difficulty. Travellers have the right to transfer the travel contract to another traveller in accordance with Section 651e BGB. If you require assistance in accordance with Section 651q BGB, if you find yourself in difficulty, or if you wish to report a travel deficiencies that has occurred, please contact the following emergency number of Hyrox Experience: +49 40 80812988. 
We would like to point out your obligation as a traveller to report any travel deficiencies that have occurred immediately during the trip.

Dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board: Hyrox Experience does not participate in such dispute resolution proceedings and is not legally obliged to do so. There is no internal complaints procedure.

Once you have selected a cabin, your cabin is reserved and you have 20 minutes to complete your booking – take your time!

After selecting the cabin, a pop-up window will open in which you must select all the passengers travelling with you. Please tick one box for each passenger!

You can only pay by credit card. You can either pay 100% up front or 35% upon booking and the remaining 65% no later than 30 days before departure.

To pay in installments, you must create and verify an account on the booking platform. You can do this in advance by clicking the ‘login’ button on our website.

The ticket buyer is liable for the contractual obligations of all persons registered by him/her.

After checking out, the ticket buyer needs to pass the tickets on to the passengers so they can enter additional details before downloading them. Please fully finalise the ticket details within 7 days.

Liability of the Ticket Buyer

Please note that all passenger details needs to be submitted as stated on their official ID / passport. The ticket purchaser is responsible for entering the details of all travelers correctly.

Travel & Customs Regulations

If the customer withdraws from the travel contract, Hyrox may demand reasonable compensation. For this purpose, Hyrox has established the following flat-rate fees. These are determined as a percentage of the travel price based on the period between the notice of withdrawal and the start of the trip, taking into account expected cost savings and expected earnings from alternative use of the travel services, as follows:

Up to 30 days in advance (until 21. September 2026): 35% |
29 to 14 days in advance (22. September to 7. October 2026): 70% |
13 to 7 days prior (8. October to 14. October 2026): 80% |
6 to 1 day prior (15. October to 20. October 2026): 90% |
Day of departure / No-show (on 21. October 2026): 95% |

The customer remains free to prove to Hyrox that no damage occurred at all or that the damage incurred was significantly lower than the flat-rate fees demanded. 
Hyrox reserves the right to demand specifically calculated compensation in accordance with Section 6.2 of the General Travel Conditions instead of the aforementioned flat rates.

We strongly recommend that you take out private international health and travel cancellation insurance.
Neither HYROX Experiences nor TUI Cruises will cover any costs incurred for medical treatment or other health-related expenses during the trip.
